While Bitcasa refused to refund the full amount I requested, they did successfully refund the amount time left on my account that I had yet to use before canceling. I am only very very slightly okay with this response. I believe more should have been refunded because for a good 8 months, the vast majority of my data was totally corrupted and unusable. They, however, refused to refund me for that period of time. I suppose if I had cancelled the service sooner, I could have been refunded sooner, but I was overseas and unable to check my data for a while. It's a shame their service went from being so awesome to so terrible so quickly.
