Review: Thank you for your time. I placed a custom cake and cupcake order with [redacted] via email from Bite Me Sweets NYC in June of 2014 for delivery September **, 2014 at my apartment 2:00pm. This week I thought it best to confirm all information, but noticed the website has since disappeared, I did call the number but the voicemail is full, I texted but received no answer, and have been emailing to no avail. I went online and did a general search for this year, and ran into other customers who stated they also paid over $100 and their delivery dates have come and gone. I believe this business has closed down with no warning and no refunds for the customers with long standing orders.Desired Settlement: If possible I would be seeking a refund for this order, but if I cannot get a refund I would just like to issue the complaint so no one else is duped.
