Review: I sent a $323.95 zipzap cash payment to be sent as by bitinstant in the form of bitcoin to my wallet at 11:08 AM mountain standard time on June [redacted], 2013. I paid cash at Advance America store #[redacted]. According to the statement Bitinstant gave me, the bitcoin delivery was supposed to occur within one hour. It is now July first, and I have received neither a refund nor my bitcoins. several customer service representatives have responded to my emails saying that my bitcoins have been verified as being sent manually. yet I have no bitcoins, no refund, and have over $320 floating in limbo until this issue is resolved. it has been well over two weeks, and the same customer service rep has told me he manually sent my bitcoins on two separate occasions. order and payment details listed below. I also have a catalog of about 20 such e-mails from bitinstant I can post if need be. transaction ID: [redacted] date/time made: June **, 2013 @ 10:29 AM MST payment reference number: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for, and I don't want service charges take out of my order. in other words, bitinstant has cost me money by failing to provide me with product they guaranteed. this caused me to lose paying customers. because of this, I want all of the money I paid in cash converted to bitcoin and delivered to the previously specified bitcoin wallet.

We apologize for the delay in funding and, in an effort to best rectify the situation, we welcome the customer to reach out to us at [redacted] with a valid Bitcoin wallet address so we can refund the fees associated with this transaction.

Review: I used Bitinstant on 06/**/2013 to transfer money by ACH to my checking account. I sent them $359.15 to have $355.56 deposited (fee charged of $3.59) to my checking account. The service they provide states that this will take 1-2 business days. The money shows that it was received by Bitinstant on 06/** but the transaction still shows as pending on their website and has not been sent to my checking. I have attempted to contact this company and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I expect a deposit of $355.56 to my checking account or a full refund of $359.15 sent to me.

Review: Myself along with hundreds of other individuals purchased a money exchange service with bitinstant. The service exchanges USD (cash) to the online currency known as bitcoin. Bitinstant claims a 1 hour turn around from time of payment to release of bitcoin funds. Bitinstant had recently performed a website update and upon release customers who attempted to purchase bitcoin had their payments collected and bitcoin not released. Bitinstant claims to be working on the issue however it has been 4 days since payment has been made and Bitinstant has ceased communicating with customers as of yesterday and no one has received bitcoin payment. The issue is very public and can be seen on the company's facebook page. Hundreds of post related to customers not receiving what they paid for are present. Despite these issues Bitinstant continues to conduct business collecting payments from individuals and in some, but not all cases issuing payment. This is infuriating to customers who have been wiating over 4 days for what is suppose to be a relatively quick transaction.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the purchase amount.

Review: On Tuesday June **, 2013 I was referred to BitInstant as a way of purchasing BitCoins. I went in a local Wal-Mart and transferred $450.00 to them with a $3.95 transfer fee totaling $453.95. Later on I received an email from ZipZap (a BitInstant affiliate) stating that my funds were received. Later I received an email from BitInstant stating that there was an error processing my order. I contacted their support team and tried to resolve this issue. The problem is, on their website, the Origin Acct # say's N/A when my account number is supposed to go there. That's where they scammed me. I done everything right according to their instructions but my funds weren't transferred to my BitCoin wallet. There is an error in their website, and I've since learned that I'm not the only one they've done this to. They refuse to actually correct this issue and are now ignoring my emails. Something needs to be done about this company because they promise to convert funds into BitCoin within an hour and it's been two days without any resolution.Desired Settlement: I want them to either fix their error and transfer my funds to my BitCoin wallet or refund my money. My username on BitInstant.com is TheOrganicSupply and the account number the funds were supposed to be transfer from is [redacted] and the BitCoin deposit address is [redacted] .

[redacted] contacted our customer support team on June **, 2013. After further communication, it became apparent that he had mistyped the destination Bitcoin wallet address for the transaction in question, so we were unable to process the order in our system.

After [redacted] provided a valid destination address for his funds, we processed his transaction on June **, 2013 and sent him a confirmation email on that date.

We apologize for the delay in funding and have done our best to rectify the situation.

Review: I paid $203 in cash with this company promising to fund my bitcoin (virtual currency) wallet within an hour. 24 hours later and no funding. Response from customer service when asked when funds will arrive was as follows: "We are working very hard to provide solutions for everyone and more noise does not help us with organization."Desired Settlement: Send the funds as quickly as promised.
