Hi there,We were able to directly communicate with Christopher on 2/6/and were able to resolve his situationIt seemed the combination of unavailability from customer support due to the holiday, and the large amount of money in limbo ($800), the buyer was rightfully feeling anxious. We have
apologized to the customer, processed their order in full, and assured them this will not be a continued occurrence.Best,*** ***

Regards,
[redacted] This is not my fault what the seller price was. The terms of condition on bitquick page. States buyer will agree to pay the sum of seller's asking price. In which I did. Seller will escrow the bitcoins they are willing to sell. Let's say for an example if the price of bitcoins is selling at $10,000 and a person put a sell for $10,000 all of a sudden bitcoin goes up to $12,000 in a matter of minutes (which isn't uncommon). If someone buys at $10,000 and the seller sees it's now at $12,000 and complains to bitquick that they don't want to sell at $10,000 even though they have it listed at $10,000. Will bitquick cancel their order too? Bitquick takes on all responsibilities to ensure all transaction are completed successfully. They are not obligated to fix prices once they have been set by the seller. Bitquick offers 2 ways of setting prices. Either input your own prices in which the seller did. The seller is then asked to verify if all information is correct before submitting. Or the seller can allow the selling price to adjust according to the market price. Bitquick is running a double standard. If someone puts a price to sell bitcoin at $5000 above the market price and someone chooses to buy it. Bitquick will release the bitcoins as being the middle man. But when someone lists it below market price and complain. Bitquick wants to renege on the deal. This is not right unacceptable. Bitquick should only execute sells based on what's on their exchange. There is the option for the seller to go in and adjust their prices. I went and took out a loan at 50% interest paid a friend to borrow his car, put gas in it and then drove over 2 hrs to uphold my end of the deal. I'm still at a loss of my original investment. Bitquick should make good by crediting me the coins that I paid for the original. This is very shady practice and has caused me to go to the hospital for chest pains.

Hello [redacted], We appreciate you reaching out about this issue.Unfortunately this seller had mistakenly priced their order's price to be 10% of what the market rate was at the time you placed a hold on their order. Because this was an honest mistake on their part and the discrepancy between...

their order's price and the market rate was so large, we met in the middle with a compromise by pricing the order at $7,500 USD per BTC, which is still 25% below market (about $200 extra based on what the market rate was at the time). We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error, but we felt that this was the appropriate action to take and was fair for both parties considering the circumstances. We have added a filter to pages where sellers can modify or set a price for their order that will not allow them to price their order so low, so such incidents will not be able to happen again. Thank you
