Paid for a VPSThey failed to deliver in reasonable time, saying that new hardware is being provisionedTired of waiting (almost a week!) I requested refund and account terminationAt this point they started to completely ignore me and my support tickets

Guys, I own a small start-up business. I trusted my data and backup to Bitronic and [redacted]. He claims to have had two hard drives fail and took my VPS offline. A month later I am still not back up! The fraud charged me to backup data nightly. I gladly paid it for the peace of mind. Well you guessed it, he lost my data and told me the backup was to the same drive! Either he is a fraud or a complete it. Either way STAY FAR AWAY from this guy!

Review: On checking my spam/junk email folder I noticed a "[redacted] " email from this company, with invoice details for something I have _not_ purchased or "automatically renewed" or anything like that. The invoice includes a "late fee" and threat that my account will be "referred to collection if you do not contact us or remit payment on your overdue invoice".

After contacting the company they informed me that this is "standard practice"(!)

I have explicitly stated that I do not wish to purchase anything and have never indicated otherwise and I have asked twice now via "billing support" for email confirmation that the invoice has been cancelled and twice they simply just closed the support ticket without doing so.Desired Settlement: Confirmation that the invoice has been cancelled.

BitronicTech is SCAM. Stay away.

Review: I signed up for a small plan with this company to try their VPS services. However services where never rendered and where canceled with an email that said refunded wiht an invoice attached. Not once did I recieve any communication regarding this order jsut a cancelation email. Ther other part of the compalint is I never recieved said refund they said I was issued and when contacted via support my ticket was simply closed with no response. I am not so much worried about the money as it was a minuscule amount but I think there need to be a repot on record, before they do this to someone with a larger order. Seems to be a scam site plain and simple.
