are remote support services. There are certain things which are not possible to be completed via the internet. One example is reinstallation of an operating system. This causes things like sound drivers and printer drivers to require re installation. Some additional hardware components will also require reinstallation but those software fixes must be done in person. For example, if network card drivers do not work, a computer cannot access the internet, and therefore cannot receive remote tech support over the internet. This is a common occurrence with reinstallation of an operating system, and it is a byproduct of the service, and not a fault in the work. The labor was done, and was done at a discounted rate already, and some work must be done in person which is a physical limitation, even though it may be a software problem.
