Review: Please find enclosed a copy of a letter I sent to Teresa A. Galavotti of Bite-N-Pieces a company I did business with in [redacted] NY. As you see I place and got my order in March, however, I was surpose to be refund $47.50 back because my family sent the payment along with the magazine, she (Bits-N-Pieces) forward a package under their names to inmates from the inmate family all that the inmate is surpose to pay for is the cost to ship and a fee, which all came to $47.50 however, my family informed me that they sent that money along with the magazine, these type of company pry on inmate because they know we are in jail and think we have no rights, so most of them will try to keep our money, As you see when I wrote them I informed I was gonna write you with 2 week, yet I waited almost a month, I was really trying to give them a chance to do right and send me my money. Could you please look into this matter?
