MADE IN CHINA!
This companies address is Chandler Az suppossedly, but the 6 outfits I ordered and received are made in China with Chinese writing on the packages. The sizes on each outfit are not in US sizing and quality of clothes are cheap. Of course no where on there website does it say their clothes are made in China. Very deceiving selling cheap quality childrens clothes from China and posting their address is Chandler Az!

Disgusting
I have never received my order of well over $50. Customer service is appalling; all they do is repeat the same, nondescript verbiage over and over. If I could leave zero stars I would.

SCAM!!! One star is too much!
I found this boutique and thought their clothes were so cute. Before I ordered, I made sure it was an American company. They have an Arizona address, so I was satisfied. I just received 3 of the 6 outfits I ordered. The packaging was covered in Chinese writing. The outfits...THEY. ARE. AWFUL. They are made and look very cheap. Typical China crap. The size on the labels aren't even American sizes. I got these to give as a Christmas gift and there is no way I will be giving them. How embarrassing. I contacted them and told them I wanted to return them and wanted my money back. Let's see how stand up they are. I'm not holding my breath.

You will not get all your items orderes
I ordered five items and only received four asked for a refund or send a new outfit
They act as if it's at the USPS OFFICE and want me to go by and ask for it

They do not honor their product; you lose their gain! Be aware that you may not get what you order or nothing at all. They will not offer a refund or send your missing item

SCAM SCAM SCAM
I am now realizing this company is a scam! I would NEVER have ordered anything from this company if I had known it was coming from China. I have reached out as have not heard anything about my order but no response. These outfits were a gift but the couple they were meant for are going to be moving in 3 weeks and won’t get the package ( if it was even shipped). I will be reaching out to my credit card company tomorrow to put this in their fraud department and refund my money in full.

I ordered 2 baby items in May and only got one. The other item was never delivered and the tracking kept pushing the delivery date back. I never got an update, and the only time I heard from them was when I emailed asking for a refund. They said they'd refund 30%. I got $5 and change back when the item costs $17. The other item I ordered was a baby pillow which was much smaller than advertised, poorly made and barely holds my grandson's head. THAT item costs over $15!? Total Rip Off. PLUS, these things come from ***. No Thanks, and Never Again.

So sorry that your 1 item got lost. I issued the remainder of a refund for that item so it is refunded in full. The pillow did have dimensions on it and is intended for a newborn: Size: 7.4x9.8 inches, so it is a small pillow.

I placed an order with this company on May 19, 2020, for my (at that time, almost 4-month old) granddaughter. I purchased 9 outfits ranging from 6 months to 12 months, and spent $154.73. Their delivery estimate was 2-4 weeks, with an additional (up to) 2 weeks due to COVID-19, for a total of 6 weeks maximum. So I purchased based on those facts. We are now in Week #7 and we only received 2 items, only the 12-month size outfits. All of the other items are still in transit from China, and coming in multiple shipments. I have (repeatedly) asked for a refund of the balance of items not received, since they did not meet their delivery timeline. They keep giving me the run-around, playing games, because they are obviously trying to buy time in case some items arrive (which may no longer fit my granddaughter now since it takes so long to receive these items). Btw, EVERYTHING I purchased is coming from China, being mailed directly from there ("during" COVID-19-- for BABY clothes). I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND PLEASE. Btw, in their most recent reply to my request for a refund, they actually said I need to "close my PayPal dispute" BEFORE I can get a refund. That is not how it works... Refund first, THEN the dispute gets Resolved an Closed. Stop playing games and making excuses and PLEASE REFUND the balance you owe me of $113.79.

We ordered two baby outfits on 4/29/20 and still have not received the outfits. They were 18 month outfits and our grandson is about to outgrow this size since it has been over 2 months since they were ordered. The order tracking system provided to track the order sits for weeks without any updates. Their email response (after I contacted them) was that it was the result of global commerce and was out of their hands. This is not acceptable.

I ordered 3 items at the beginning of May. Recieved 2, the other one has been floating around the US since June 11. I was sent an email that it was delivered, in Utah, I live in Texas! Guess I'll never see that item.

I made an order two months ago and never received the product, they sent an email stating my order was on the way estimate time would be 06/04 to 06/ 06. I still haven't received anything.

These clothes are from China. Not from Arizona like the website makes you believe. Took me 2 months to get my order. Clothes are cheap.

When purchasing baby clothes I looked where the company is from and it states on their site Arizona. I received a shipping number from China. I would have not ordered it if I knew it was not in the states. Then the shipping number was active then not active and I never received my order or my money back. I have tried to message the company but have never received a reply. This website is a scam to take your money with sales information.

Thought I was ordering from American company. Got one of the two items I ordered. Came from China. No where on the clothing label or packaging does it say Bitsy Bug Boutique. Don't order from this website. No idea how I'm going to track my order for the second item. Ordered both clothing items at same time, should have received them together. Never again!

They appear to be a US company, but all items were shipped from China and terrible quality. I ordered 6 items and only received 2 of them, the rest were shipped to someone else in Louisiana and I’m in Georgia. I emailed asking for my money back.. we will see what happens.

Absolutely horrible service and products. I originally placed my order on March 31 and to date I still have not received any of my products. It’s truly unacceptable and unfortunate to run a business this way.

What would make you think that you should look up a baby clothes boutique on the Revdex.com before you buy from them??!! I thought I was ordering a baby gift for my friend from a reputable baby clothing boutique and that it was coming from Chandler, AZ so it must be coming from the US. WRONG!!! You have no idea these items are coming from CHINA until you try and track your items and figure out what is taking so long. I am utterly embarrassed that I ordered from this ‘company’ for a baby gift. Sadly, it is taking so long for the items to arrive, that most of the items will not fit the baby anymore by the time they arrive. Now, after reading other reviews and complaints I am extra embarrassed because it sounds like these clothes are not of good quality or what you would expect from a true boutique. I feel that the person that is responsible for this so called business is a con-artist and I am furious!! I spent my hard earned money on items this baby won’t even be able to wear.

We are very clear that our products ship form our suppliers in Asia on our shipping page: https://bitsybugboutique.com/pages/shipping. On our checkout page, we are make sure to explain the shipping time frame is 3-4 weeks plus the additional delays due to covid-19 shipping. On our confirmation page, we also have a paragraph about our time frames. We do have a 30 day return and refund policy where we provide a prepaid USPS return label to send products back up to 30 days after receipt to our AZ office for a full refund.

After a month of waiting I have only received 3 of 6 items ordered. I spent over $100 and the things that arrived all came from China. Horrible quality and they make it look like they are a business in the states. I have had no luck getting in touch with the company. Nothing like the photos. Do not order from them!

I ordered clothing in the beginning of march and have received nothing. I did get a tracking number from Chain ( it is not stated on the site the clothing will be coming from there). I cannot get a repose to my emails asking for a full refund nor do I have anything I ordered. It is not stated when ordering or on the site that clothing would be coming from there nor does it tell you it will be taking over 6 weeks to receive anything. It says 30 day money back but your clothes with take LONGER than 30 days to arrive if you even receive them! It a scam!
