I purchased a t-shirt from their website and never received it

The company offers a one time use digital key number to activate "ad-free" mode on their bittorrent client programI bought said code for $and a few days later I uninstalled the program and sold the computerI bought a new computer and reinstalled the program on or around october 1st The key I was given didn't work to activate ad-free because it was already "used" so I followed their forms to request a new keyI have not heard from them in over three weeks after sending multiple emails to them

Last year I noticed that the Pro version of the program was not blocking ads anymore, meaning it had expiredI went online and paid for a renewal not realizing that the existing version was going to renew automaticallyI then had subscriptions when I only needed oneI repeatedly tried to contact them using the online form and received no responseAnd here we are at the time when they are both set to renewI again have tried numerous times to use the online email form AND phoning and leaving a message with no responseI do not want to pay twice for what I only need one of
