Review: My wife and I purchase bottles from this company. The bottles are defective and leak. They do not work properly or at all as the company suggests. I contacted the company and informed them of the problem. They claimed they would issue a full refund. I never received the refund. I contacted them again and they claimed they wanted a photo of the leaky bottle. This is insane but I obliged them with their request. I would gladly return the shoddy merchandise if they paid for the shipping. I should be given a full refund and other buyers should be very aware of the issues surrounding this product. I am sure they will have many many unhappy parents contacting them about this faulty and defective product.Desired Settlement: They should issue a FULL refund immediately and start redesigning these bottles. They are not air free nor do they even hold milk. The designers at Bittylab should be ashamed at themselves for making a refund so difficult to obtain after it was offered freely to a consumer because they have produced an inferior quality product.

This matter was resolved by issuing a full refund on August [redacted] 2013 to customer same method of payment, after a conversation thread.

This customer contacted Bittylab with an issue regarding a leak and we immediately responded to his email request the same day it was received. Our customer service representative did her best to accommodate his request for a full refund, despite the abusive and inflammatory language on his part. Our return policy, posted on our website, clearly states that customers must return any defective product in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt. In order to issue a refund the customer needs to provide some sort of "proof" such as a photograph showing the defect, which was requested by our customer service representative. The customer responded by emailing a photo of a perfectly assembled bottle surrounded by poured water, accompanied by the consistent angry and threatening language. Bittylab issued a full refund on August [redacted], the same day that such a picture was received.

I want to emphasize that this matter was fully resolved by issuing the full refund based on the fact that our policy had failed to inform the customer that we would need "proof" of the defect, in order to prevent fraud.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, They have misrepresented the way in which they handled this issue. Firstly, no one from Bittylab identified themselves by even a first name in this process. Secondly, they agreed to give me a full refund and backed away from that offer until I decided to pursue the matter as far as I could. Please read their original email to me:
