I placed an order on Dec4, with BIW Marketing for a t-shirt for my husband for Christmas, and paid via PayPal very quicklyAs Christmas grew closer, I attempted to reach out to the email provided to me with the order to inquire as to whether or not it was going to arrive for Christmas - no responseAfter Christmas, I tried again - no responseSo I filed a complaint with PayPal and eventually received all of my money back as the company never responded to the dispute and then claim against themI would be cautious to do business with this companyAll companies can make a mistake, and had I once received an email to explain that it would be late, or there was a delay, I could have forgiven thatNo response is poor business

As Christmas grew closer, I attempted to reach out to the email provided to me with the order to inquire as to whether or not it was going to arrive for Christmas - no response. After Christmas, I tried again - no response. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and eventually received all of my money back as the company never responded to the dispute and then claim against them. I would be cautious to do business with this company. All companies can make a mistake, and had I once received an email to explain that it would be late, or there was a delay, I could have forgiven that. No response is poor business.
