There is a lesson here for all businesses including BWMA as it is extremely important to handle all questions, misunderstandings, and potential Revdex.com complaints promptly as our clients and customers do not always give fair warning to a business alerting them they are going to the Revdex.com.  After [redacted] filed his Revdex.com complaint he did verbally tell us it was not his intention to do harm to BWMA and just felt this action on his part would prompt BWMA to refund money to him. We believe this complaint has been resolved satisfactorily and Mr. [redacted] will be receiving a full refund which is more than fair as BWMA did nothing contractually wrong or illegal.  To set the record straight there was no purchase price of $1,356.96. This was Mr. [redacted]’s mortgage payment amount. All fees were contractually obligated by Mr. [redacted] to be deducted over the life of the contracted program he chose.
