The worst customer service.
I have multiple pictures to prove the bad service.
I am a temporarily disabled first responder. I moved into a filthy small one bedroom and needed help. I paid them 170+up tip without seeing the work done.
I had called back to show them what I was unhappy about, and was busy with someone else at the time and wasn't able to go through the entire place. Well needless to say, nothing on the counters were moved to be cleaned, the fridge and freezer still filthy even after they stated they couldn't get sticky stuff off freezer.. Well..I did.
The oven burners filthy and smoking, bottom drawer of oven full of nasty stuff. Microwave unclean, toilet top with bolts I had to clean with bleach water, still disgusting. Base of toilet never touched . Sink had stuff still around handles. Dust everywhere. Table in bathroom had who knows what on it, I scrubbed and cleaned, I literally with friends had to redo the entire place.
I personally couldn't live with myself charging that amount for such a horrible job. Nor does my friend who has a house pay that much for excellent service.
There's always people out there who aren't ethical. Not have great work ethic. Bad business .
When I initially looked at the place gave a bid this place had never been clean unfortunately I did not take pictures sure wish I would’ve now we cleaned everything from top to bottom when I called her to do a walk thru and explain things she was too busy to come see after we were done which I do with all my customers . then the next day she texted about oven and stove I asked her did u see that stove and oven before she said “no” I told her it was bad we actually got it much cleaner she has electric stove I told her my suggestion was to buy new burners they were horrible couldn’t even get burnt stains off I used a whole can of Easy off and sos pads we scrubbed for a good 1 1/2 hours. She also mentioned the fridge not getting wiped I told her we did but there was food in there I offered to go back and make it right I told her I could go back the next day she said she was busy and would talk to me later the next day after I left for my day she texted me at noon wanted me to go by I did I had to go back to get more rags after re cleaning she was so happy she specifically said Omgosh thank u so much better I told her are u sure she was happy and she was now 2 weeks later she wants to start this complaint this is so shocking to me because when I left she was happy. I take much pride in my work I luv what I do and for her to go all over facebook and now here slandering my business is so horrible when I know my passion in my cleaning I tried making it right and I thought we did Thank you for taking the time in this matter I believe we went above and beyond we even oiled and conditioned her cabinets for Free out of kindness for doing the right thing when
My other worker did the kitchen she moved everything I remember her comment about things being stuck to the counters from never getting moved so yes they did get moved and cleaned after 2 weeks of cleaning I’m sure her house is dirty again I clean many of my customers on a bi weekly basis because it gets dirty that fast so with that being said I’m sorry that now she wants to start problems but we did our job went back and made it right thank you Liz C
