Review: A charge of 167 dollars was billed to my account as auto renewal services.I have no idea when tis authorization was given to them. Also the company I initially registered has now been dissolved,so doe sit make any sense to charge me for services to a company that does not exist.I need this charge reversed back to my account immediately, and the auto renewal stopped. As the email I got notified me that this is a renewal that will go on yearly. This is a case of fraud,as the company they claim to be rendering service too, does not longer existDesired Settlement: refund me 167 dollars back to my credit card account

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: For over a year now, BiFilings keeps sending me emails claiming that they are my registered agent and demanding a fee. On each occasion, someone from BizFilings acknowledges in writing that they are not my agent in any way, shape or form, and that they have no business contacting me. Then a few months pass and they start the harassment all over again.

Today I received a letter in the postal mail from BizFilings. It starts with the words: "Dear Valued Customer, As your registered agent in [redacted],......"

This is highly unethical business practice.Desired Settlement: I simply want this company to stop harassing me. They are not my agent. They themselves have said so on several occasions.

What they are doing is tantamount to a scam.

Response:

I appreciate Mr. [redacted]'s concern, but the claims as stated in the complaint are simply not accurate.

Mr. [redacted] formed [redacted] though BizFilings on October 27, 2011. Our company was named Registered Agent when the company was filed, and this is a service that has an annual charge associated with it. We have not previously stated that we are not the agent "in any way, shape, or form.". The fact of the matter is that we always have been and continue to be the Registered Agent for this entity. This can be verified on the [redacted] Secretary of State website: [redacted]. (Enter the company name in the search box.) Furthermore, we have shared information with Mr. [redacted] on possible solutions for no longer wanting the entity - such as filing a dissolution.

Our recent communication to Mr. [redacted] was to inform him that he has failed to pay the LLC franchise tax that the State of [redacted] requires.

As it appears that a dissolution will not be filed, BizFilings will absorb the state fee required to file a Registered Agent resignation, and we will start that process today. We made this offer in June of 2012, but Mr. [redacted] sent an email in response to a collection notice and indicated that he would pay for the service we have been providing, so the resignation filing was terminated.

By no means should our communications be seen as "unethical" or as a "scam". I trust that our willingness to pay for the resignation filing will be deemed as an acceptable solution. Should Mr. [redacted] or a representative of the Revdex.com wish to discuss this further, I would be happy to have a conversation on this matter.

Sincerely,

BizFilings

Response:

Mr. [redacted] and I have exchanged emails, and our company is proceeding with filing a Resignation with the State of [redacted] that should be completed no later than Monday, August 12th. Based on the most recent email exchange I have had with Mr. [redacted], it appears we have resolved this matter amicably, and I believe the Revdex.com can consider this matter resolved and closed.

As stated previously, I am willing to discuss this matter further, if necessary, with anyone interested in doing so.

Sincerely,

BizFilings

I just used biz filings to form my LLC. This has to be the best service I could have asked. Filed my paperwork on Monday night and it is Friday of the same week and have all my paperwork back from them. Extremely fast. Talked to customer service once they were very helpful. And yes I did read the fine print and already knew that after 6 months they charge you to be the filing agent. On a 1-10 scale they deserve a 10. They have better prices than legal zoom.
