Review: I had purchased a 1 year hosting contract with this company. The company appears to be shut down. Their website is no longer active and phone numbers have been disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of unused web hosting cost and most importantly I want control of my domain [redacted]
Review: We have been having problems with the services this business offers, which is our domain host. We cannot switch domains without the authority of Bizhostnet, and we have tried to contact this business several times and have received no response. We are trying to get our domain information from Bizhostnet and they have been completely unresponsive.Desired Settlement: We would like Bizhostnet to contact us

Review: I'm having problems with their technical support never responding to my email issues, when my web site is down and anytime a problem arises. I have multiple support tickets open with them now and I never get a response. If I do its normally generic and of no help. Currently I'm just asking for IMAP email settings, very simple and its been over a week.
I have a travel web site hosted with them and I loose customers every time there is an issue and it takes days sometimes weeks to get any response. If it wasn't such a pain to switch my files to a new host I would have already dropped them.Desired Settlement: Respond to their technical request in a timely matter and give me the support I deserve and pay for.
Review: Bizhostnet is the web hosting company for the websites of both my companies: ScieIntl and Soleeds. They also manage the email accounts for both companies.
I have had numerous problems with my email accounts. My incoming emails are being lost or being redirected to a "Junk" file. Their dashboard which is supposed to enable me to manage my email accounts redirects me to a non-existing URL.
My business depends on these email accounts.
I have written several "repair tickets" over the past several days. None have been acted on. All my phone calls are sent to voice mail.Desired Settlement: I need my email accounts to be repaired. I also need to access my "Email Account Management" service.
