Customer submitted a complaint regarding our system we installed in his home regarding a knocking noiseWhen tech went out on Wednesday the 6th of July, due to customer issues with noise coming from system the noise has nothing to do with the systemethe noise is coming from his expansion tank,
which my tech put air in his expansion tank at no charge to the customer as a curtesious to the customerWhich noise has nothing to do with the system that we installedThe custmoers system is functioning and working properlyWe have advised customer that he would have to call a plumber if issue arises again regarding the thumping noiseWe appreciate his business and will always guarantee our systems
