Extremely bad customer ServiceHotel employees were very rude
Along with the bad experience, I was told I was able to check out at 4pm instead of the am check out for a $chargeI confirmed this upon arrivalThe following day I received a call saying we were not able to have the late checkout at the discussed rate and it was going to be over $Employee was very rude and sounded like it was my fault they told me wrongAfter going back to my room and calling the front desk, the manager answered and then told me I would be honored the $late check out rate
We went on with our day, checked out before and requested a receiptEmployee refused to give me a receipt saying that they are not allowed to give me a receiptAfter multiple times saying I would not leave with out a receipt the employee started using profanity in front of my young child and said that this might get her fired
I do not appreciate the service I had at this business, and especially the profanity
I had reserved a room for my parents for 10/01/at this hotelWhen they checked in, they paid cash due to the front desk notifying them the room had not been paid for yetHowever my debit card was charged as well for a total of $I have made several attempts to obtain a refundThe refund was processed however it could not go back to my charged debit card because it has been cancelled due to my bank issuing new debit cards with a chipI have spoken with *** and *** (manager) in regards to an alternative way for a refundOn 10/14/2016, I advised *** if a refund could be issued to my new Visa debit card that was link to my checking account, *** stated she would need to ask if that was possibleShe ask to provide documentation to prove that the refund could not be done to my old debit card due to USAA issuing a new card and my Mastercard now being deactivatedI provided *** that information via email on 10/19/and again on 10/26/I have also made several attemp
