Issues with Mr*** hours has be checked and reviewed by the school and found no sheets where he signed in or out or clocked in or out on days that he is stating he was here. Enclosed are the sign in sheets as well as his
monthly reports that have been signed by him stating they were accurate and correct
I spoke with Ms*** ***, Investigator for the Department of Licensing PH:***, and was told we must have written proof of hours in order to give students credit. We do not have that proof
Enclosed is the back side of our contract stating students will pay $per month over contract until complete. His contract is signed acknowledging that fact. It is our intent to enroll and graduate students as quickly as possible. if their attendance is poor then they are held to this requirement
