Deceptive practies are used to entice people to sign up for 14 day free trial, when it is actually not free. On 7/23/2017, I ordered Slim Organix Forskolin & Colon Cleanse from Slim Organix. They offered a 14 day risk free trial for $6.99 shipping on each product. The advertisement stated that the product must be cancelled before the end of the 14 day trial period or they would convert the trial into a membership. On 7/27, I sent Slim Organix a letter informing them that I was cancelling the subscription and not to ship any additional products. On 8/19, my credit card was billed $79.00 by Slim Organix. I called the company on 8/23 to find out why I was charged. I was told it was for their products. I informed them, I sent an email on 7/27 canceling the subscriptions. They said they did not received it; however, I did not receive an undeliverable mail notice. I told the Customer Care Rep. Inordinate delay in receiving refund
In June of I ordered two products from Slim Organix Brands
I was dissatisfied with the product but in the meantime, I did not realize that my order was on auto-refill My credit card was charged for two new bottles that were enroute to me
8/11/- I called Slim Organix and spoke to Agent Sara who said that she would stop the auto-refill and would refund the two items enroute to me if I returned them as soon as I received them and gave me special instructions as to how to return the items RMA numbers, etc
I received the items and on 8/21/I returned the items to Slim Organix
I subsequently began calling to confirm that the returned items had been received and finally on 10/9/I called and Agent Sara advised me that two $refunds had been processed that day and I should see the credits on my credit card within five business days I subsequently received one credit of $but not the second one

I feel that this company is using misleading tactics to charge people for products, and then will not resolve issues which arise
