resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The manager did contact me and offered a discount of approximately 8% on 2 new tires and some additional work totaling nearly $1000. His explanation for not rotating the tires when we were in was that rotation was not yet due (ok fine). The next time we were in his explanation was that we did not request the tires be rotated. I find this explanation puzzling. I would think a business specializing in the sale of tires would have recognized that the tires were in need of rotation. They noticed and recommended I replace my breaks at the time but not rotating the tires??? How would someone inspect the breaks without removing the tires? Something is not right here. I don't see a resolution to this complaint and would just like my complaint to remain on this site so other can be wary of how this business operates and treats their customers.
