and this is my first complaint with the Revdex.com. Our fiduciary responsibility is to our client, (ex: Physician who rendered service) this person did call our office. It was explained on multiple levels that the service was applied to her deductible. Her insurance carrier called our office and "realized" that their member was reading an EOB (explanation of benefits) from a different physician not our client for whom we were billing for. Rep at insurance company understood and said that they will contact there member to inform her that balance was due. So basically we billed the insurance correctly, and the person who set fourth complaint is doing all possible to further delay physician reimbursement.

I have no problem paying for bills that I am supposed to pay. PJ Medical Billing Service LLC is wrongfully accusing me of delaying payment. In addition, their claim that they explained the issue to me on "multiple levels" is totally wrong. I never received any response to my calls or letters from PJ Medical Billing Service LLC. This is why I even sent a certified letter. Again, my insurance company never received two bills from PJ Medical Billing Service LLC. One from 9/11/13 for $250 and the other from 9/12/13 for $150. If PJ Medical Billing Service LLC contacted my insurance, then I am asking for proof. As for their claim that this applies to my deductible, this is incorrect. My deductible is $100 and I have already paid that.
If my insurance company was aware of this bill, they would have sent it to me. I fear that PJ Medical Billing Service LLC is wasting my time and that if too much time passes, my insurance company will not be able to pay the bill.
