Mrs [redacted] has used our company since B&J Painting informed Mrs [redacted] of the fees for the additional clean because of the condition of the unitThis does vary from year to year as the condition of the unit variesWe provide a standard overall idea of what is cleanedIt is not strictly adheredIt does say clean baseboards but as Mrs [redacted] knows this is only the dusting of them with a broomWe do not get down on hands and knees to clean baseboards unless otherwise stated and it is an additional charge for that serviceMrs [redacted] was told this at the initial time of clean that there could be additional services and it would be additional chargesShe was sent pictures on the day of the cleansShe did mention after that the resident was not completely satisfied in unit so we redid the unit and scheduled with the residentMrs [redacted] knows that we have a satisfaction guarantee and that we will accommodate any recleans necessary, as we didTo date we have not received payments for any work completedAttached are pictures and correspondence with Mrs*** Thank you [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: BJ Painting had cashed twochecks with a total $on Sept 1,2015; see attached proof of payment.I was not told about the additional charges for heavy cleaningwhen I contacted BJ Painting for the cleaning apptI have never paid for anyadditional charge before.The following is how the event took place on the cleaningday.I was given a cleaning Checklist and expected their crew toclean all the items on the list which is in both English and SpanishUnit 108was the first unit being cleaned Inoticed the cleaning crew did not follow their Checklist, so I told the cleaningcrew to follow the Checklist, but the cleaning lady told me the items on the checklistwere extraSo I made two calls to the nos [redacted] at 12:pm, noanswer; 2nd calls again at 1:pm still no answer After that I sent text at 1:pm to [redacted] about your Checklist, particularly about the baseboard, pullingout fridge and mini blind, etcAt 1:pm finally I got a call from HaileyHailey told meabout heavy cleaning two items for $She asked me about which unit we aretalking about the two items, I said unit 103, because by then they alreadyfinished unit at that time without following the ChecklistShe said okayjust one unit for extra $for unit 103.Your crew did not clean the baseboard, a/c grill, a/c vent,mini blind, ceiling fan blades, wall receptacles, switch plates or pulled outfridge, etcin any way All these itemsare listed on your Checklist.I asked the cleaning lady if they had cleaned all the itemson the Checklist and every time, she answered yes but my finger told differentstory, it was still dirt on my finger.After she finished unit without pulling out and cleaningthe fridge, I sent text to your nos [redacted] , your cleaning lady told Haileyover the phone that the fridge was too heavy for her to pull outWhy you havea guy on the crew but he did not help to pull out the fridge?More seriously, why they used the same towel to wipe thefloor then wipe the microwave without washing it? You approved/allowed yourcleaning crew to do this? What kind of health safety practice are youfollowing?I told her stop wiping the microwave with the dirt cloth,she just ignored me.I was only asking your cleaning crew do everything on yourChecklist, nothing moreYour cleaning lady said your list is extra, you toldme it is a full cleaningApparently you and your cleaning lady are not on thesame page.Last year your cleaning crew followed your Checklist and wehad no problemI re-cleaned myself after your crew left my unit 108.There was no heavy cleaningdone on Unit I never got the picture unit after it was done light cleaned.Unit was in the middleof cleaning when Hailey contacted me about the extra charge, I feel I was beinghold as a hostage during the cleaning of Unit when she told me I have topay extra fee to clean the cook top and fridge.Based on the service I received, the invoice for unit 108should be just $100.The invoice for unit is $as I agreed to two itemsfor extra $plus full clean $ Regards, [redacted] ***
