B&J Realty Group

I wanted to rent a parking space from this compnay for a couple months because I thought my street had permit parking which turns out not to be the case. I asked "B&J" a head of time not to cash the check I sent but he did and then we promised to refund my $150 and said it went in the mail and it never came and after that he stopped answering my text. Just a shady thing and feel as if he's a lair and it's not good business pratices.I had a contact I filled out and signed but never saw their side of it and if they is the case I should still have my spot but no calls are returned on my end. It's just a mess and I just want my money back and be done with it. He contacted me 5/2 and said he has been gone and we can get this squared away but we stopped answering my texts. I'm just sick of being jerked around
