I took my car in because of a pull in the left in the steering wheel I inquired about a wheel alignment I understand to do a wheel alignment everything else needs to be in good working order First they told me I needed new tires I told them I didn't want them They then called me and told me that they had it on the rack and I needed rear upper control arms I paid to have them replaced plus an alignment I got in the car to leave and the car has the same exact problem I went back and they told me it was because I needed new tires I went to Pep Boys and asked them to look at the old parts, They told me they didn't see anything bad enough to replace them for Additionally I had my windshield replaced They didn't even replace it with the shade tint like the old one had $later and my car is not fixed
I spoke with *** yesterday and tried to resolve her complaintAfter working on her car for minutes for a car wash she was still unsatisfied with our workI offered her to bring the vehicle back at her convenience and I would be happy to re-wash the vehicle at no additional charge
She declined that offerFurther I had an affiliated car wash store reach out to her yesterday to offer her the same resolution at no charge at a different facility, and she has not responded as of this morningWe will continue to offer her that solution if she would like.I feel that we have offered her every available option that we have at this point, and am sorry if she is not satisfied with the car wash as we have exhausted every option at this time
I'm in there almost every other day for gas and other items that I forgot to get at the grocery storeThe folks in there are so pleasant and helpfulI enjoy going in there and getting ice cream and soda refills, tooBeen going there for over years now
