I would disagree with the one negative review I saw here for BJ's It looks like either a one-off, or an overreaction by a customer to an expense My wife and I have been taking our two cars to BJ's for years, and with cars that are 16, and years old, they are still running well We do oil changes regularly, and any repairs we've had done at BJ's He even does smog testing Believe me, Brad and his wife are honest, friendly people When I have any unusual issues, they show me exactly what the problems are, what my options would be, and what I would need to do to fix them, and how long it would take if he needs to order the parts I would say that if you become a regular customer at BJ's, and they get to know you and your cars, you will find them honest and easy to work with Please don't get thrown if sometimes you have an expense It's what cars do to you from time to time
I was down in San Fernando Valley visiting family My car light came on, indicating "Check Engine Light" Based on family and friends recommendation, I went to BJs He claimed to have installed an OEM part, however, I was able to verify that it is after-market I asked him where he got the part, he stated the dealership down the street (untrue)
BJs is a dishonest business owner and likes to pad the bill I will NOT be going to him again
