We received a letter from Revdex.com, with a complaint on 4/4/ID In response to this complaint we have attached the full conversation between us and the customer via text messageIn this conversation, it clearly shows that we stated if he would get us the vehicle at our location we then would get it looked at and or fixed possibly at no charge to himWe did not ignore him as he claimed per text messages show that We strive to have good customer.satisfaction and try to help as much as possible even though they are all used vehicles sold "As Is", and customer signs "As Is", enclosed you will see the signed copy of the Buyers Guide stating vehicle is "As Is" and signed by the customer We understand that we cannot please every customer but we do strive to come to an understanding or agreement to help even though the vehicle is sold "As Is"In the text messages, you will see that we didn't even get a location of where the vehicle was until 4/3/at 7:p.mto even try to get the vehicle and then he turned us in to you Revdex.com on 4/4/So, as you can see he didn't give us any time to even get the vehicle even though he stated that he would get the vehicle to us

I am rejecting this response because:
we also talked the nite the car weeks after purchased and he is lieing he did not tell me it would be repaired at free of cost ,I texted and tryed calling to help with car ,the car set at gas station intill payment was dueat no time did he tell me it was no cost to repair,I tryed to get a towtruck and told him days later ,I could not get towed ,car broke down weeks later ,not even days of use, I believe *** is a con artist,that sales cars
run long enough to get sold off the lot,
