unsatisfied that there was a service call feeWe understand that in today's economy there is a need to be frugal, but please be aware that at no point did this customer ever inquire on our pricing or service call feeWe will in fact refund the customer, as we would have done before he filed this frivolous claim, had he been willing to speak with us on any of our multiple attempts of contactHe in fact refused our contact attempts, choosing to file an unnecessary claim instead
