I was a first time and last time customer in your BJ’s restaurant at your Millenia location in Orlando, FloridaMe, my husband, and a group of friends had just finished a couples’ night out go karting and decided to dine at our local BJ’sOnly four people in our group had previously been to BJ’s beforeThe other six of us had never been and will never go backWe knew that since we were a large group that we would have to wait a while for our food, but we had no idea that we would have to wait so long just to receive cold foodWhen our waitress, Lana, first came over to take our drink orders, she only took three orders and left because my fourth friend didn’t know what she wanted to drinkAs opposed to skipping her, taking everybody else’s order, and coming back, she said to let her know when we were readyInitially I didn’t think anything of her commentWhen she came back to complete the drink orders, we could tell she was already overwhelmedOf those drinks, three of them were alcoholic beveragesOne was the strawberry splash and the other two were the pink cadillacBy the time they made it to the table, they were all disgustingThe strawberry splash was immediately sent back and my two friends tried to make the best of their drinks, but they were not strong at allA fourth friend decided that she too wanted an alcoholic beverageAs she ordered her drink, my husband wanted a refill for his Arnold PalmerShe ordered a long island iced tea and sent it back because it tasted sourHer and her husband had to get up from the table and walk to the bar themselves to get her drink because nobody had been satisfied with their drink thus farOur waitress then came to take our orders and became even more overwhelmed when we all told her that we were using a buy one, get one free coupon for our ordersA few of us, including me, ordered appetizers expecting them to come out first as they usually doWhen asked where our appetizers were, she said that she put everything in together so our food would come out togetherThat defeats the purpose of ordering an appetizer if it was just going to come out with the rest of the foodA friend was ordering food for her and her fiancée who hadn’t arrived from work yetWhen she ordered food for the both of them, the waitress responded “That’s a lot of food for one person”She didn’t know that we were expecting someone else, but that shouldn’t have matteredWhether it was for her or someone else, it’s not her place to say that and was extremely rude when she was spending her hard earned moneyWe asked the waitress where our food was because we were all starving, including my husband who is a diabeticShe said they were still cooking some of itWe asked her to bring out the food that was already done because we were hungryJust that quickly, all of our food came out together making us wonder had she even checked on our foodWhen we finally got our food, half of it was cold because they let it sitWe had burgers at the table, three bacon burgers and two hickory burgersWhen a different waitress asked who had the burger, I raised my hand because I had in fact ordered a burgerWhen she placed it down in front of me, I realized it was mine and gave it to the person it belonged toLana came over and asked the other waitress if everything was ok and she responded, “It would be if they knew what they ordered”We began eating and my burger was burnt and well done even though I ordered medium well, the pizzas were cold, the turkey burger had been sitting out for a while and looked as if they didn’t even try to melt the cheese, and the skinny fries were so hard and cold they could break someone’s toothWe asked her if we could speak to the manager, RachelWe spoke to her and informed her of what was going on and how we felt that our dinner was ruinedShe asked what she could do to help us at that very moment and we told her we all needed new burgers and wedge fries instead of skinny friesBy this time, my husband was just getting his refill thirty minutes later and our other friend was just arriving to dinner in the middle of chaosWhen he asked for silverware, Lana threw the silverware at him and they opened on him and onto his white pantsLuckily it didn’t completely knock over his drink onto himAfter that, we all felt like something would be done to our food had we reordered and we all lost our appetitesThe manager told us that we didn’t have to pay for the food because of all the issues we had, but we all felt that it was about more than just the foodWe understand that everybody has a bad day sometimes and maybe we caught Lana on a bad day, but that’s still no excuseShe was there to do a job and failed miserablyWe felt that we were profiled from the very beginningWe are all African American professionals who all make a great living including me who works for the federal government and my husband who is a truck driverJust because we were using a buy one get one free coupon doesn’t mean we didn’t have the money to pay for itWe planned on getting dessert and we all tip very wellWe were devastated that our fun monthly couples’ night had been ruined just that quicklyI have never paid to be disrespected and it won’t start now

BJs did not adequately compensate me for the nine additional free pazookies I should have received on 09/20/I asked for a gift card that would cover the pazookies I was promised in the Free Pazookie Day email, but BJs only sent $compensationThis will not cover the nine pazookies my friends and I were promised but did not receiveCertainly they can do better than this to satisfy a long time patron.

My date and I came into the Avon, Indiana location last night to have dinner for the first time and our entire experience was negative Our server's name was Cassandra She had an attitude toward my date She kept disappearing, not checking on our table like a server is supposed to We had to flag down other servers to help us When she did cone to our table I had to keep asking for something to drink The last time she brought me water to drink it was out of a small water pitcher with no ice We sat for over an our waiting on our food and when it finally got brought to our table by other employees, my potatoes were cold and had no gravy, and my ribs were dried out and had no barbecue flavor to them The cheddar broccoli soup was thick like paste The entire experience was not enjoyable, especially since it was our first experience and our check came to $ We will more than likely not return to another BJ's establishment
