Ms*** award letter, referenced in the complaint,
is attachedThe award letter clearly states in the first condition that “If I
am enrolled less than full-time (credit hours), grant awards will be reduced
accordingly”.
Ms*** was registered for credit hoursHer
financial aid was posted to her student account on June 22, The amount of
her award was $which was half of the $she would have been awarded had
she been enrolled full-time for credit hoursAll students, including Ms***, have the ability to
view their bill on their GTC4me account at any time once they registerIn Ms
*** case this was on May 1, 2015. The
“Student Billing Schedule” reflects the anticipated award amount based on the
number of enrolled credit hoursOnce Ms*** was awarded her financial aid
on May 19, the anticipated award amount was available*** ***, CFGO Associate Vice President for Finance Greenville Technical College
The [redacted] (manager for this area) stated that he spoke with the student Friday, April 18, 2014 and felt the issue was resolved. If this is not the case and the student would like us to provide the Revdex.com with details related to their account the attached Information Authorization form...
