As stated in a letter to me dated Jan from the attorney's office: "This email is to follow up with you about our conversation recentlyI have attached the Documents Needed listPlease provide only copiesWe do not need you to provide our office with the documents until your attorney's fees have been paid in fullSome of the documents are time sensitive and should not be provided until we are actually preparing your petitionWe will begin preparing your petition when the attorney's fees are paid in full.
