I do not accept this response, as April 11 was most certainly not the first time they had heard my complaint. In addition to numerous attempts to speak with staff over the phone, I sent Missouri Valley Properties a certified letter on 3/31 officially requesting my checks and informed them that I would be reporting this to the Revdex.com. It was only when I spoke with corporate that I received my checks. Missouri Valley Properties made no attempt to resolve the issue.

I have received my refund, however I want to make it clear that Missouri Valley Properties made absolutely no effort to fix their error, and that it was from [redacted] that I received the checks after having to go to the Corporate level myself.
