I received very rude customer service. I placed a call in order at the Elvis Presley location on 11/13/13. I was told by the young lady that took the order that she couldn't give me a total for my order. No sweat there. But when I got there, I waited longer for my order as if I had never placed the order. On top of that, my order was wrong. There were no veggies with my wings. I tried to explain this to the older woman that came to the window, but before I could finish explaining it to her, she got very upset, closed the window in my face while I was talking, and stormed off. She later came back to the window to tell me there were veggies put with my order. So basically, I was lying according to her. she eventually gave me the veggies. I then went on to explain to her That I ordered extra veggies. She said, " are they on your receipt" I said no. Then she went on to say again, " you didn't order any extra veggies. So, I'm lying again. Then she went on to say if I wanted extra veggies they would be 91 cents. I said, they should be free because it wasn't my fault the order was wrong. And also, I didn't appreciate the poor service either. I will never return here again, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Desired SettlementI am only looking for compensation if it is available. But they need to know that poor service is unacceptable. The young lady that takes the call in orders should have price total available and not just say it cant be provided. It would help to know what the order total is before the paying customer gets there. And I wish I knew the name of the older woman that was rude to me but I don't. Business Response In reference to this complaint , I gave a response a couple of days after [redacted] made his complaint on our company website..in which, after I did my research into the said incident, I stated to [redacted] that the actions that occurred between, he and said cashier seemed to be a case of miscommunication and I offere an apology on the company's behalf.The cashier on duty stated that we were extremely busy at the time of this transaction, even though it does not excuse attentive customer service.In closing, BJS Buffalo Style has operated in the city of. Memphis for over 20 yearsproviding great service according to out customer feedback and local media.

I visited this restaurant on February 10, 2016 around 8:00pm. I order a five piece wings only. Once I arrived home I realized the chicken was undercooked and My husband went back to the establishment, and the cashier called and spoke with the manager, The manager allowed the cook to redo the order, but he was informed that they only had party wings, My husband agreed to accept the party wings, Once he arrived home to eat he realized this chicken was burnt to a crisp, he was very upset called the business back and spoke with the cashier and she stated they will redo the order, The cook was screaming and cussing stated he cooked the chicken well done like my husband asked, but he was cooking party wings, the cook time is different, So we went back to the restaurant and the cashier once again called the manager and he seemed to busy to handle the situation. He stated I needed to call X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, the complaint line. He was on the phone I simply requested my $9.34 back what I paid for the wings, He stated he doesn't do refunds. I refuse for the cook to redo another order and get it wrong a third time, But the manager refused to offer the refund, I think as a business owner that manager should have had the decency to solve the issue. I called the police to maybe get this resolved, the manager show up in his Range Rover and ask the police to escort me off the premises. He never got out to see the issue with my food. I asked the cashier to give both order of the wings back and took them home. The manager seem to care less if the product was right or wrong. He didn't care enough to see what type of food his employees was serving, he just said no refund, I will never accept garbage.Product_Or_Service: hot wingsDesired SettlementI'm requesting the money back that I spent which is $9.34.
