I cancelled my quarterly service with CCPC on 9/24/2012 and paid my balance in full. I was informed in December that they did another service on 9/28.
The office the staff is clearly not relaying my requests to management
I called your office on X-XX-XX and authorized a payment to be debited from my visa f.
On Sept. 24, 2012 I told the receptionist to stop my service
Upon receiving the statement, it states that they were on my property again on sept 28th? Just a few days after I STOPPED the service This was not authorized by me and not only does this charge need to be taken off, I DO NOT authorize Consumer Pest control on my property EVER
