I have a heat pump unit installed by BJ's Heating & Refrigeration in June 2012. I am the second owner and requested the unit to be serviced and to check it's defrost cycle. Service and defrost adjustment occurred on Oct 6, 2015. I monitored the unit for a week, and I thought the defrost cycle still had some issues. I called BJ's Heating & Refrigeration and left a message on Oct 13th,& 16th. On the October 19th, I received a phone message on my answering machine from the business owner. The message was extremely foul and rude. Basically saying I didn't know anything about heat pumps and if I didn't like it to get rid of it.
