BJ's Lawn Care and Home Improvement

I hired BJ's Lawncare to install a concrete walkway. His *** page showed concrete work they 'supposedly' done which looked great. The walkway they put in is not straight, it's uneven, and is starting to crack in several places. The walkway is also not centered with the porch. It's 3.5 inches too far to the left. I reached out to *** who said he would stop over and fix. He never showed and is not responding to phone calls and texts now.

There was a chunk of concrete that has already come off. I was shocked to see it was only 2.5 inches thick and was poured directly on dirt. There is no stone base.

Asked them to do a French Drain job in my back yard. It was flooding with water and needs to be drained out. They did the work in approx. 4 hours or less. Luckily there was no major storm after it was put into place. He said that his jobs are good for 10 years (I have email docs of it). The year after, the drain didn't work. My yard was flooded again. You can see the water in the drain sitting there, attracting mosquitoes. Contacted *** and ***, keeps on telling me someone will come and fix it. Two months later someone came and looked and said that it was completely done wrong and needs to be redone. Another month later, no one would come and they stopped calling me back. But when I call from another phone they would return my calls since they didn't know who called. Keeps on saying they were coming or busy. I paid them cash for this project, since he didn't want checks or a trail So they texted me back--do you have a contract? etc..I showed them the email trails and then again no respond back from them. Obviously they are claiming no contracts, no deal. But from text and email trail--there is an obligation.
