Dear *** Thanks again for the extension with respect to our response to *** *** complaint. As you will notice from the attached Response Letter (a copy of which will also be mailed out to you), we had a lot of data and cross referencing that needed to be done, in order to
provide you with a comprehensive understanding of all the issues and concerns raised by the suspicious activities of this particular customer. It is our belief that this Customer is using credit card information from other people in order to place fraudulent “To Go” purchase orders at our various restaurant locations. She tried to hide her activities under many different alias names, emails and Loyalty Account numbers. Upon your review, let us know if you need any clarifications or additional information, we will be happy to provide them to you. My contact information is set forth below Note that we are open to providing “To Go” services to this particular customer, IF she is willing to come to one of our restaurants in person and show us that she does in fact own all of the numerous credit cards that she used in her purchases, many of which got declined or was later rejected by the credit card companies
