Worst Service for these Prices
If this were the first time I had to explain how BJ's location #509 has continually ignored our request for a missing desert, it would drive me over the edge so I will make this short. The prices are to high, customer resolution is only a concept and I will never frequent this restaurant in any state. Consumer be ware, if you have a problem do not expect resolution you can not locate a customer complaint phone number that is toll free, they even make you pay for the phone call to complain about the awful problem resolution they display, in fact just save your money and fine dine where you and your money are appreciated.

Last Saturday night we had a family gathering ( people) at BJ's in Rancho Santa Margarita. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience. Our food came cold to warm, and 3 of us encountered hair in their food. Our server tried her best to get the kitchen to replace the food on an expedited basis but was not successful. I asked to speak to the manager and after a brief time he approached the table and I explained how disappointed I was in the food, while discussing the problems, our daughter bit into her very, very late arrival of the pizza they ordered and was shocked to have to pull out a very long black hair. The manager adjusted our bill and apologized profusely. Un fortunately most of agreed, it will some time before we go back even though some of us are BJ rewards customers. I suggest that management take serious look at the kitchen procedures for hygiene and that the people who deliver the food make sure the food is delivered in an expedited manner.

We have reached out to the guest and will be updating his points with the correct balance. We will also look into the issues he's experiencing that are preventing him from receiving his points normally.

Yesterday I went to the BJ's in Roseville with my 4 kids and boyfriend. We have always loved BJ's and it is our family "go to" restaurant. We went at approximately 4 pm and did not leave till almost 6. We ordered with Joey right at a shift change. We were given a new female server and never saw her again. Our appetizers were never ordered when ordered them and they came our after our food. We only saw the people that dropped off our food. When she finally came back, it took 20 minutes to get the bill and 20 more minutes to get a box. It was clear she was tending to her tables that were hers. We were going to order dessert but since we never saw her, we left to a local ice cream shop. Extremely disappointed.

My date and I came into the Avon, Indiana location last night to have dinner for the first time and our entire experience was negative. Our server's name was Cassandra. She had an attitude toward my date. She kept disappearing, not checking on our table like a server is supposed to. We had to flag down other servers to help us. When she did cone to our table I had to keep asking for something to drink. The last time she brought me water to drink it was out of a small water pitcher with no ice. We sat for over an our waiting on our food and when it finally got brought to our table by other employees, my potatoes were cold and had no gravy, and my ribs were dried out and had no barbecue flavor to them. The cheddar broccoli soup was thick like paste. The entire experience was not enjoyable, especially since it was our first experience and our check came to $68. We will more than likely not return to another BJ's establishment.

Review: On 10/12/2013 I was treated to lunch as a late B-Day treat. My family members and I chose BJs because we had never eaten at this establishment. We go to Bj's location 5500 grossmont dr. Le mesa,ca 91941. Closest to our home. We had a very RUDE waiter name [redacted]. He disappeared on my party of 3 for over 10-15 mins before asking if we wanted any beverage. Then when he returned no smile, talking low, just walking off , very rude. My party requested different waiter , which we got [redacted] was great! The waiter [redacted] jus stormed off very rude, never apologized for his actions. So my party and I shared our complaint with the general manager [redacted] who took our orders but I found it rude he did not comp any of our meals or drinks or even offerded us a round being that we were there to celebrate and was treated badly. We tipped our waiter off two different checks from our table. I work in a customer service environment and I feel better sevive should have and could have been exercised better by waiter and General manager. I ask GM [redacted] for and extra toco on my meal instead of chips and he would not even make that adjusment for me after we were treatdd like crap on our first experiance at BJs today 10/12/13 . Did not like customer service!!!Desired Settlement: Paid cash for meal , ticket came to $52 and some change for 2 people we gave [redacted] $60.00 in cash and told her keep the change. 3rd guest ticket was appx. $25.00 , im not sure what she tipped. But I would like to revisit a different location and re-order with better customer service. Refund!!

Last week I reached out to D[redacted] Hawkins and addressed the issue of her lack of attentive service she received while dinning in my restaurant. She also was concerned that we did not allow her to change out chip garnish for an additional taco. After speaking with [redacted] I realized she was more upset about the situation than I originally was made to believe. I offered her a $25 gift card for the inconvenience with her service and the lack of our willingness to substitute a taco for the chip garnish and she refused my offer but told me that a $50 gift card would make it right for her. So that's what we did we gave her $50. This case hopefully will get resolved in a manor that shows BJ's is more than willing to take care of our guests needs.

Review: On August 23, I decided to go online and order food from BJ'S Restaurant. And also paid online, with their app. When I arrived the girl comes to my car and request payment, I told her I already paid online, she went back to the restaurant and she came back with the same issue, I showed her the receipt I received when I made payment, she gave me the food. When I come home I check my bank and they charge me twice. The order number is [redacted], August 23rd, with a total of $ 49.30 plus $ 8.00 tip. I called the restaurant and complaint to the manager she said will void one charge, because she did see it was charge twice and to give it a few days to clear, today I check my bank account. They charge $57.30 on August the 25th, plus 4 49.30 and then on August 26 they charge me the $ 8.00. I called in spoke to the manager, explain everything again and the answer I got was that I need to wait till tuesday because of the Labor day weekend. He could not tell me why it was charge twice and why the void action did not go thru. I want my money, this should have never had to happen. It has taken so long to get an answer like the one I got, no customer servicer !Desired Settlement: I want my money , the $ 57.30 they charge me extra and for the inconvenience I shouldn't be charge at all for the food.

Review: Last Sunday evening my wife and I went to BJ's in Folsom, CA for a late dinner. We arrived at 10:30pm, after checking that the restaurant was open until 12:00am. Review: I eat at the [redacted] location 2-3 times a week. I always order the Bacon Cheeseburger because it has NO onions. I'm allergic to onions. I opened the box when I got home and got a whiff of onions. I took the sandwich apart and there were grilled onions smashed into the entire bottom of the hamburger. Even the patty looked a lot smaller. Also, the chili I ordered, large container, was 2" lower and not right up to the lid like usual. Even the fries were barely warm and I always order HOT, FRESH fries. I don't know if there was a new cook, but someone needs to pay attention. This kind of service is very unusual for BJ's. I called the location and after waiting for 8 mins, no manager came on the phone so I hung up. I went on-line and filled out the form on the website and the CAPTCHA system would not let me submit the order and I did that 7 different times. So, I'm forced to file this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. If I cant get the food the way it is advertised and the way I want it, then a refund is necessary. it was 1/20/16 15:26, I used my [redacted]. Total was $34.06.

Review: I am a member of BJ'S rewards program. I attend the location in Denton, Texas. Today, 09/29/2015, I received an email from BJS stating that it was free Pazookie day. I read the fine print and it stated that a free pazookie would be granted to each order of 9.95 or more, one per separate check. I proceeded to invite my group of friends to BJS for dinner. When the eleven of us got there, we were confronted with a 30 minute wait, which was reasonable under the circumstances. However, when we were finally seated, we were informed that the free pazookie would not be awarded as stated in the email I received (and still have). Instead, BJS would only grant us one free pazookie for every four people, despite the fact that we all individually ordered over 10 dollars worth of food. This was stated nowhere in the email. In fact, the email stated clearly that each separate order of 9.95 or more would receive a free Pazookie. For the eleven of us we only received two pazookies, and those of us who were not comfortable sharing got nothing at all. In addition, BJS was out of avocado egg rolls, as well as small or medium pizza crusts. Honestly this would not have been such a big deal were it not for the false advertising in regards to the pazookies. If BJS did not want to honor their deal, they should never have announced it in the first place. I have enjoyed being a BJs rewards member and the perks it has, but this is a huge dissapointment and I will be happy to cancel my association with BJs and join a rewards program that will appreciate me better.Desired Settlement: My request is simple: I just want the Pazookies I should have received that night per the email I received, which can be displayed if necessary. I will also accept a gift card for the dollar amount of at least 11 pazookies.

Review: I received an email advertising a" give $100 in eGift Cards and get a $25 bonus card for you." I clicked the ad and was taken to online sales cite. I gave address of recipient who received $100 gift card, ordered and delivered on Dec 25. I sent an email asking why I did not get my bonus card, received a reply that offer expired Dec 25. I answered that my order was dec 25, not Dec 26, that I did indeed qualify for the advertised bonus card. I also pointed out that the ad )1 did process my order from ad, and 2) ad did not indicate an expiration notice. I indicated the ad was deceptive, that I was in their customer base (why bjs had my email address) and to intentional deceive customer on Christmas Day was unconscionable.Desired Settlement: That bjs issue the $25 bonus card as advertised and further, bjs promise Revdex.com not to engage such deceptive advertising in the future!
