Review: Contractor was hired to install a stamped concret patio, under the agreement the craftsmanship is warranted for one year from date of completion. Contractor complained that concrete that was delivered was not to his liking and he had problems with concrete setting before he could complete patio. Therefore stamped impressions are uneven, double stamped and missing in areas. Edges are uneven and not finished. He tried to fix step afterwards but color does not match. Ribbon step is not level and should be 1 1/2 feet longer according to contract. This patio was put in on July 8, 2013 but looks like its been there for 20 years and had repairs. Contacted contractor, he stated there was nothing else he could do to address issues.Desired Settlement: Amount paid to contractor refunded.
