B&K Construction

Review: Clifton J[redacted], aka Kato, owner of B&K Construction started repairs on Jan.23,2014. He was paid for the work done on that day and said that he would return to complete the job. The work entailed fixing a pipe in the bathroom, and he was to return to fix the wall and the toilet pump which he had originally installed. The toilet cannot be used because the pump leaks and floods the floor. He continually promises to come to complete the work. I wait for him as promised, and he doesn't show. Each time I call, he apologizes and promises to come the next day after his other job. This has been on going for more that 6 months.Desired Settlement: I will call another repair person and would like to be reimbursed for the cost of repairs.
