Review: 1. Contracter failed to complete the construction of pre-engineered steel building. Requested payment, check payment made. Upon inspection, discovered contractor had not completed construction, stop payment was placed on the check.2. Additionally, upon inspection of the roof, found the roof had not been installed per blueprint/installation instructions or industry standards. 3. Contractor also ignored requests to not travel across the property with 4Wheel drive vehicle to get to construction site. The area was not accessible due to heavy amounts of precipitation. Significant damage to the property resulted.4. Contractor requested additional payment, outside of the existing contract.5. Contractor also assumed he would access to supplies left over from construction.6. Return deposit of $500, Contractor overcharged deposit per the HICPA guidelines.7. Attempts have been made to contact contractor by phone, messages left. To date 12/05/2014 no response received.Desired Settlement: Contractor is to pay for and be subject to:1. Be subject to inspection of completed work by the manufacturers representative.2. Complete construction of building per manufacturers guidelines.3. Replace and install new roof per manufacturer specifications.4. Replace any trim material related to the roof replacement.5. Repair damage done to property.
