First vehicle 1979 Chev C 10. Was asked to fix an electrical problem and the disconnected my air conditioning and has not been fixed. It worked fine when I took it in . Also paid for two gas twins to be replaced to one. The gas gauge does not work, after numerous attempts to get it fixed, they gave me a used sending unit that down not work. I also asked for my old gas tanks back and they refused to give them to me.
Then towed my 1966 Dodge Dart in for some repairs and Bk just parked out the car out side unlocked in the elements this is a show car and is kept in the garage now the interior front seat is cracked and the back seat is a different color on top!
I am seeking reimbursement for repairs
The customer has brought his vehicle in numerous times I have gone out of my way and met him at a park to get him back up and running. he has broke down I’ve gone to his house to get it running to satisfy him in every which way. he did bring his truck to my shop to have it worked on he asked me to fix the electrical issues put new gas tank in I asked him if you wanted the gas tanks back he said no this was over a year ago. The company that I bought the fuel tank from that is a sending unit they sent me to replace it with like I said it was over a year ago and the AC he asked me to disconnect it but it can’t because it’s a serpentine belt so I can’t disconnect it and he said that’s fine I felt that I have satisfied him in every which way that he is needs as possible he did bring his car to me had it towed to me on a Sunday and the tow truck put it in front of my shop and I told him I’d get to it as soon as I could I’m a very busy shop. I’m aone-man shop had other people in front of him and he did not request to put that car inside nor did he sign anything it was dropped off by a tow truck in front of my shop and it was not touched after that I feel that he is lashing out because I did not get the car done in time in his orderly fashion And it is a cruise night car show car. I just feel that he’s attacking me because it was not done I didn’t jump to his needs I have other customers to take care of to first come first serve.

I am rejecting this response because: you are the one that has wronged your customer and will not accept the responsibility for doing so. If this is the way you do business, then we will continue to fight you every way we can to get it right!!!!
