Dear Sir or Madam, Ms [redacted] felt we would not take her seriously if she called with concerns about our serviceWe take all customers seriouslyI would had come out personally to reinspect her unit to verify or discredit my technician's diagnosesWe did not take pictures of the oil streaks or do an electronic leak test if oil is presentThis was not a practice for our companyI have never had an issue like this with any technicians I have talked with Chris extensively about this service callI am unclear how to respond in a manner that will be acceptable to Ms ***I have had a meeting with all our technician to have them include photos of the presences of oil and results of electronic leak test on all future leak diagnosis I appreciate Ms [redacted] bringing her concerns to my attentionIt has improved our documentation process on all service calls Thank you,Mark G***
