Review: I had called Mr. [redacted] several times, maybe 10 times, to come over and tighten up our soffit, downspout, and add a cap from a gutter contract job he did in 2004. His labor and material was guaranteed for 10 years. After my attempts to contact him, he finally called back and said he would have his foreman look at it and take care of it. His foreman came over and looked at what was to be fixed. I called [redacted] again and asked when his foreman was going to come over and fix my requests. He called me back and said his foreman was going to come on a Friday . . . his foreman never showed up. I called [redacted] again and he said his foreman and crew were stuck at a job so [redacted] informed me that he would have his foreman at our house that week. Well the foreman did come over but only tightened the soffit and nothing else. I called [redacted] and informed him that his foreman only tightened the soffit and did not take care of the loose downspout and the end cap. He has not called me back after several phone calls that I left on his voice mail.Desired Settlement: To fix and finish what we agreed to - tighten up the loose gutter and replace the missing end cap.
