I had had the tub resurfaced in July of 1995 and it had lasted 17 years without a problem by [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the job done correctly

I called you this morning to let you know my complaint ID [redacted] against B&K Porcelain has been completed and happily resolved. [redacted] called made an appointment and came to my house on Saturday and resolved the problem immediately!

I would not hesitate to recommend B and K porcelain to my friends.
