Review: **. [redacted]and [redacted]visited BK Tire Shop on 3/**/2014 to purchase two(2) new tires for $290.00 to replace two(2) worn tires. BK Tire Shop had significantly damaged one(1) wheel rim while in the process of replacing the tires. BK Tire Shop unadmittedly initiated the repairing of said wheel rim without my knowledge or consent. BK Tire Shop continued to place new purchased tire on damaged wheel rim and completed installation to [redacted]'s car, while addressing an issue of future vibration of the said tire when driving at high speeds on the highway and that this issue is a non-factor and is deemed drivable. The car has never experienced any vibrations at high speeds prior to the visit to BK Tire Shop and now driving on highways may pose a real dangerous threat to [redacted]. BK Tire Shop charged [redacted]for the purchase of two(2) new tires and denied any damage during services.

[redacted]has since then drove the car for 2 days and has experienced a flat tire, on two(2) occasions on the same damaged wheel rim. The damaged wheel rim fails to retain the tire air pressure even with the new purchased tire. [redacted]has added air to the wheel on both occasions and still the wheel does not properly retain the air pressure, deeming it unsafe to operate.

On 3/**/2014, **. [redacted]'s father [redacted]has revisited BK Tire Shop with the damaged wheel rim. **. [redacted]had to drive the vehicle on the damaged wheel rim from the address previously mentioned to arrive at BK Tire Shop which is only three(3) blocks away. In the process of driving said vehicle to BK Tire Shop the new tire on the damaged wheel rim was damaged because of the lack of air pressure, causing significant damage to the new tire. BK Tire Shop has once again denied responsibility for the damage and proceeds to charge **. [redacted]to repair the damaged wheel rim which BK Tire Shop had previously damaged and charge [redacted]for an additional new tire to replace the recently purchased new tire four(4) days ago. [redacted]instructed BK Tire Shop to replace the damaged wheel rim with the spare wheel located in vehicle as a temporary fix while settling the dispute. [redacted]decided not to repair the damaged wheel rim and not to replace the damaged tire as of yet.Desired Settlement: [redacted]would like BK Tire Shop to repair the damaged wheel rim free of charge.

[redacted]would not dispute the initial $290.00 charge for purchase of two(2) new tires.
