Unfortunately I can only, recommend B.KWilliams for small EIFS repairs and inspectionsOverall EIFS stucco repairs can be fixed with satisfaction but anything involving sub-contracting, aesthetical detailing and customer relations is at riskComplete restorations that involve day to day management for not their strong pointsIn the end of my experience, I simply paid and relieved of service due to poor follow up, rather than have them finish the jobCompany did not care that I wasn't satisfied and took the money
I had a great experience working with BK Williams ConstructionMy house was built in and it had extensive stucco damage where water had got in behind the stucco and damaged the wooden slats underneathI also had several other problem areas where the stucco had cracked and larger holes had formed
BK Williams came out within days of me calling for a consultation and I had a quote within the next dayThey were professional and courteous and they worked with my budget to make sure I could get the major repairs done
Not only did they do an excellent job replacing the rotted wood and replacing the stucco in that areaBut they matched the texture of stucco that was almost a years old to where you couldn't tell the difference between the original and the newIn addition, they painted over prior patch jobs where the previous owner never painted to match the rest of the houseThey even put back a section of the deck railing that I had removed after their work was completed
While the work was underway, I was given regular progress updates through calls and textsIt was nice to know when the guys were gonna be at the house working and what specifically they were doing that day
I would recommend them to anybody that needs residential or commercial stucco work done
We recently had a new storm door and front entry door installed by BK Williams and it was a great experienceThey arrived promptly on the scheduled day and were professional and courteous throughout the projectThey cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old door awayThe quote they gave us for the install was accurateWe are very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalismI would definitely recommend BK Williams to others in need of a contractor in Hampton Roads
There are very few contractors that I'd put at the top B.K. Williams is one. They completely restored this EFIS house, from top to bottom, they added decorative features, and they put up with me (with my compulsions). They start early and leave late putting in a full day every day. I highly recommend B.K. Williams. The house when built sparkled (mica chips in the paint) B.K. made it sparkle again.

Williams construction comes highly recommended by me, as a business, and home owner., Brandon and his employees went above and beyond what I hired them to do, they showed up early and stayed late. Kept the work area very clean during the enormous EIFS repair, which required nearly half of the downstairs wall to be removed. He kept me up to date daily, and the workmanship was superb! Couldn't be happier with the way it turned out and this was on an investment property.. He did such a wonderful job, that I called him for my own home repairs.

We looked in the Hampton Roads area for 10+ years for a reputable & affordable EFIS/DRIVIT contractor. We found one is BK Williams Construction. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and the quality of their work was excellent. We expanded our initial contract from just EFIS/DRIVIT repairs to include window replacement, exterior painting and caulking. The professionalism of the entire crew was refreshing and they kept their work areas clean and organized. We have recommended them to friends & neighbors and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, honest and timely contractor.
