I am responding to the complaint from [redacted] Ms [redacted] bought a Cadillac STS from BK on July 25, A week after having the car she said there was a problem with the brakes in which at that time we did inspect the brakes in which we inspect all brakes before putting vehicles on the lot and there was no problem with the brakesShe then returned a week later and said the check engine light was onWe inspected the car once again and could only figure she put in the wrong gas! As it states in the Owner`s Manual you are only to put premium gas into the vehicle or it could cause the engine to make noiseUpon purchasing the vehicle we did instruct to her to only put premium gas I the vehicleThe following week after that she came in because a headlight bulb went outShe found out at that time the bulb was expensive and wanted us to buy the bulb and install it, At this point she was screaming and yelling at us in which we were trying to calm her downWe did tell her she did buy the car "AS IS" there was no warranty included with this car! We did let her know this car did not have a lifetime warrantyShe then came back again a day in December in which her key fob did not work and was very rude and yelling along with another gentleman [redacted] pulled the battery out of the fob and flipped the battery around into the correct position and the fob was working fine! She left at that time without even saying "Thank you"We have not heard or seen her until May 11, and asked us to check the car because it was making a noise and she took to her mechanicHer mechanic said there was a bushing that needed to be replacedAt that point we took it into our garage got it on the lift and we find out we do not have the tools to work on itWe did tell her this and she was just angry and started screaming and yelling at usAt that point we did tell her if she did not calm down and quit uneccessarily screaming and yelling at us we would be call the authorities to have her removed from the premisesAt that point [redacted] walked outside and threw garbage out of her car into our lot still screaming and yelling but she did leave at that timeThe next day [redacted] did call back and apologizedShe did ask [redacted] Kasyanyuk if she could come back and talk to him in which she did show up immediatelyShe has since been very polite and she asked if she could return the car since it had only been months and she thought she had a year to return the car if she was unhappyShe told us at that time we pressured her to buy the car in which she did her own financing at Heights Finance where her friend worksWe did tell her "Sorry I can help you to get a mechanic who works on Cadillacs" she did go to the mechanic that we recommended and she called us an hour afterwards and started screaming and yelling again saying she wanted to return the car or she was gonna call Revdex.com to file a complaintAs I said in the earlier statement this car was sold "AS IS NO WARRANTY"We did offer her to purchase an extended warranty upon purchasing the vehicle on July 25, Ms [redacted] refused the extended warranty. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to email us back at [redacted] or call us at [redacted] .Thank you!BKAuto Sales

I am responding to the complaint from [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] bought a  Cadillac STS from BK on July 25, 2014. A week after having the car she said there was a problem with the brakes in which at that time we did inspect the brakes in which we inspect all brakes before putting vehicles on...

the lot and there was no problem with the brakes. She then returned a week later and said the check engine light was on. We inspected the car once again and could only figure she put in the wrong gas! As it states in the Owner`s Manual you are only to put premium gas into the vehicle or it could cause the engine to make noise. [redacted] pulled the battery out of the fob and flipped the battery around into the correct position and the fob was working fine! She left at that time without even saying "Thank you". We have not heard or seen her until May 11, 2015 and asked us to check the car because it was making a noise and she took to her mechanic. Her mechanic said there was a bushing that needed to be replaced. At that point we took it into our garage got it on the lift and we find out we do not have the tools to work on it. We did tell her this and she was just angry and started screaming and yelling at us. At that point we did tell her if she did not calm down and quit uneccessarily screaming and yelling at us we would be call the authorities to have her removed from the premises. At that point [redacted] walked outside and threw garbage out of her car into our lot still screaming and yelling but she did leave at that time. The next day [redacted] did call back and apologized. She did ask [redacted] Kasyanyuk if she could come back and talk to him in which she did show up immediately. She has since been very polite and she asked if she could return the car since it had only been 11 months and she thought she had a year to return the car if she was unhappy. She told us at that time we pressured her to buy the car in which she did her own financing at Heights Finance where her friend works. We did tell her "Sorry I can help you to get a mechanic who works on Cadillacs" she did go to the mechanic that we recommended and she called us an hour afterwards and started screaming and yelling again saying she wanted to return the car or she was gonna call Revdex.com to file a complaint. As I said in the earlier statement this car was sold "AS IS NO WARRANTY". We did offer her to purchase an extended warranty upon purchasing the vehicle on July 25, 2014.
