I dont know how many times I need to say the same thingWe wont refund for items damaged by the customerWhat part of this doesnt the Revdex.com understand, how can an organisation such as yours seriously think we should refund for something that is 100% totally out of our control? ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The rings that were purchased were not damaged while wearing them Within a short period of time after receiving them they became degraded and cloudy I was told by the company that this must be a result of chemicals or high altitude Neither wearer works with any chemicals and there is no unordinary altitude It is absurd that the company refuses to take responsibility I did not pay over $to receive degraded rings The products do not stand up to what is being advertised and as a customer I believe it is in the best interest of the company to provide me an RMA number and a full refund as well as a formal apology I have been hung up on Told to exercise self control when talking to customer service Told my immediate supervisors in the military would be contacted and be told my actions were unbecoming of an officer I have also been told that my contact with the company is constituted as harassment These are all absurd comments and allegations I have provided photographs of the Rings with and without flash What you see in the images is not what I paid for I say again, provide me with an RMA number so I can return the degraded products and receive a full refund [Your Answer Here] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I don't want the stones to be replaced.   I just want the company to take their faulty merchandise back and give me a full refund.   The company can take the rings back and replace the stones and resell them for all I care.   I don't trust the company or its rrepresentatives.   I have receive nothing but backlash from the compan y's employees regarding these rings.   I did not pay over $900 for faulty merchandise.   These rings are not quality and I do not wish to possess them.   Just to think about how I have been treated by this company and its employees makes me sick.   These rings are low quality a day cloudy and not what I ordered.   It is clear that nothing either wearer did caused these rings to degrade as they have.   Once they became cloudy I contacted the company.   I'm doing the right thing here while the company refuses to take responsibility and that is simply not acceptable.   I want an RMA number to return the rings,  a full refund and a formal apology for how the company has treated me.   All correspondence between myself and this company are fully documented and proof that they are unprofessional and not someone I wish to own a year products from.

Review: I ordered two rings from Herkimer Diamond Quartz a company owned and operated by BKK Gemstones. The rings were beautiful at first then after about two weeks the stones became cloudy and degraded. This is not normal. I was out of state with the military and upon returning I contacted [redacted] and [redacted] with my concerns. It has been almost a month and there has been no resolve. The company claims that it's not their problem. "Yes the stones turned cloudy, this doesn’t happen because of poor quality stones, this ONLY happens because they were exposed to either altitude OR some harsh chemicals. This is not our responsibility and we wont be held accountable for your actions." The company refuses to give me an RMA number and a refund for $920.00. At this point I am not sure what my options are and I want this to serve as a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: RMA number to return faulty merchandise. A full refund for $920.00. A formal apology for the way I have been treated.
