In June of 2016, I made a payment of $to BKS Events to go on a trip to Aruba in July of Over the course of months, I made bi-monthly payments to this company for the trip When we arrived in Aruba on July 20, 2017, we were told by the hotel that the organizer of the trip (Brian S***) had not paid for our rooms in advance After waiting for several hours, we were told that the only way we could stay at the hotel would be to pay again I ended up putting $1,100+ on a credit card to stay in a room that I had previously paid for Once I returned home from Aruba, I reached out to MrS [redacted] concerning my refund That started a run around that is still going on to this day I have received two refunds totaling $from [redacted] which was the primary go between to make the payments Unfortunately, [redacted] does not give refunds for charges made over so I was not able to get the remaining funds that are due to me I was told to go straight to MrS [redacted] which has done
