Review: Horrible service. They never answer their phone. They have schedule so many delivery times with me and then not shown up and when I call to ask where they are they do not know who I am or have me scheduled for a delivery. I had an oven delivered and the man who came made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I would not allow him into my apartment with the exterior door shut. They keep blaming their coworkers for their terrible service but there is clearly no system or management in place. They installed an oven for me which broke that evening and now more than a week later no one will come to fix it. I called to schedule a time for a repair man to come 3 times but they refused to set anything, then sent someone over without calling and yelled at me for not being home and told me no one would come fix THEIR mistake now. The oven they installed that DOES NOT WORK smells like gas and I am very concerned about it, but they will not send anyone to fix it. I have tried so many times to speak with anyone at the shop to fix it but they are the most incompetent, rude, and lazy people I have ever spoken with. Multiple times they have to,d me they are too tired to come fix it, or it is too early in the morning to do anything. I spoke to my landlord and he will not use this business anymore, but it is their product and their responsibility to fix it. NEVER use this business.Desired Settlement: I just need someone to fix the oven they installed. It stopped working less than 5 hours after they installed it. I am very concerned that there is a problem with the gas because it does not work. I already spoke to my gas company about this. I just don't understand how they can treat their customers in this way. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I am also contacting a lawyer about this.
